Why I don't use isochronic beats

Isochronic beats actually work very well, and are very good at entraining the brain. They probably work better than binaural beats in that they create a much more intensive stimulus to the brain, more tan binaural beats.

I have used them extensively, and still do sometimes, as I sometimes like to mix it and I like the flexibilility of using different tracks on different days.

The main thing for me at this time, is to meditate comfortably for at least 40 minutes to 1 hour daily, it does not matter what I use. So I have many tracks that I could sue to create my listening schedule for that day depending on my mood.

Currently I mainly use binaural beat tracks as my CORE program as I find binaural beats work like sound therapy as the carrier frequencies really soothe the nervous system and also push it to become more resilient.

Isochronidc tones work better than binaural beats when you don't want a ramp as they are able to engage the brain to resonate at brainwa ve frequcneis quite well.

With binaural beats, you definitely do NEED a ramp for some sort to get the brain to entrain nicely to different ranges such as alpha, theta or delta as binaural beats are not as strong as isochronic tones.

Never the less, I still use binaural beast mainly as I find they give me the most real work gains that I am looking for. They are my CORE program.

See friends? this is why I had to make my own tracks and I only mainly use my own tracks. You just do not know who to trust.
