Why I don't use holosync

1. Firstly the holosync CDs are extremely expensive and the same can be said for other companies. I make my own brainwave entrainment tracks using binaural beats and it is not hard. I have experimented for over ten years to get it right to the point that I am getting good results.

2. The carrier frequencies(base frequency used to create binaural beats) used on awakening prologue, the initial holosync level I think are probably way too strong! That was the MAIN reason why I could not use it successfully at all. It would take me a few days to recover form one listening session which I could not even finish. I postulate that the carrier frequencies used on awakening prologue are probably within the range of 50hz to 60hz. That is quite low.

There no problem with this maybe for many people, but it was sure, way way too strong for me and I am guessing that I am not the only one who had this problem.

This is why I had to create my own tracks. I found that a carrier frequency of 100hz was a good place to begin for myself. 100hz is not too high and at the same time not too low, it a very comfortable level which is at least low enough to give you a nice full resonance with the binaural betas to really sooth the nervous system.

Using a starting carrier frequency of 100hz allowed me to really relax and get into the lowe brain wave range below 1hz where the real magic happens. Just getting to 1 hz in the delta range is really giving the brain a push all by itself. So I wanted to really work on this before lowering the carrier frequencies.

3. The first level of holosync, awakening prologue, actually does not contain deeper immersion soundtracks, only one immersion track where you are entrained to2.5hz in the delta range.

Now, for some reason, I did not really like 2.5hz, and I always wanted to go deeper. For me, especially currently, I only like to meditate at 1hz or lower. Thats the deepest you can go with binaural beats and where the real healing and transformation happens for me. This was a another reason why I could not use holosync.

The solution

So what I did was a created tracks where I ramped down to at least 1hz or lower over a 20 minute period and then help myself at that level for another 20 minutes. These 40 minute meditations were really the way I got started and started to get ALL the results I was supposed to be getting. They allowd me to really adjust and get used to binaural beats. They were also a good introduction as they were not that long and they allowed me to progress quickly. I still have these tracks and use them sometimes if I feel overwhelmed. They are still my CORE program. I used carrier frequencies of 100hz with all of these.

I had many tracks and different ranges some alpha, theta and delta. In the end, all I used to keep it simple, was One dive track which ramped me down to a delta state and one immersion track in sub delta ranges, say either 1 hz or 0.5 hz. This was for 40 minutes total and using carrier frequencies of 100hz.

I aim to make these tracks available for any one who would like to use them. Especially if you feel you are not getting results from holosync or other programs. You can start with these and progress smoothly and well.
